It is every Club Members duty to see that their club is self sufficient in nature and only then can we say that we are prosperous or prospering. For this every club member needs to have certain qualities like confidence, endurance, perseverance and daring to do something extraordinary for the club. We need to stop our habit of expecting from others or taking a back seat. We need to strive for the betterment of the club irrespective of recognition or rewards. We need to understand that nothing in this world is permanent. So, we should stop depending on others and find out ways and means to give our very best. If we fail, its alright as nobody is perfect, but we will be satisfied that we at least gave it a try. Last but not the least we need to increase our level of knowledge about other clubs and their workings and try to compete to be at par with the best ones if not superior to them.
